Vivian the receptionist is extremely rude and has little to no customer service skills
I am not one to complain, but I will not be going back to this nail salon. They have terrible service and treat their customers horribly. NOT worth the money, go somewhere else.

I went in today with my daughter to get our nails done. I also have a 24 month old. When I sat down and the girl put the mask on it had scared him and he cried I was calming him down when the manager told me no sorry, you have to Come back. They refused to do my nails because my son was crying. Even after I got him completely calmed down and back in his stroller I was blatantly ignored and was not asked again until my daughter was about done which was an hour later if I wanted something done.
