Excellent Neurologist . I’ve been seeing him for a few years for migraines. He’s thorough, and always takes time to listen.

I found Dr Verona to be a straight shooter...his initial diagnosis was wrong and he quickly corrected it and referred me to an excellent neurosurgeon. He is patient and probes your past to have a good understanding of why you may have your current symptoms.

Don’t walk but RUN to Dr. Verona! He was amazing, patient, kind, thorough, helpful...I could go on and on! I recently saw another neurologist in Austin and had a terrible experience, so after a friend told me about Dr. Verona, I thought I would give his office a try. To my surprise, I left feeling so happy, so relieved and somewhat emotional, because I feel like I finally have a plan to attack my migraines! Dr. Verona did not “throw medicine” at me, but he also didn’t tell me to just “take 4 Advil and good luck next time you... read more

If you are referred to this doctor, run away as fast as you can. This was the very worst experience I have ever had seeing a doctor and it was the very first time I had seen him. He called me a liar and all my other specialist doctors liars also. I have Lupus and he said I was just FAT and if I would loose weight, all my health issued would go away. Really? How he received his MD I will never know. He was so rude and mean. I left that office in tears and will never go back again.

Dr. Verona is very knowledgeable, and has the ability to explore and explain options for treatments. I found him to be highly skilled and personable. I would recommended him!

I hate when people write reviews.. A Dr / patient relationship is a relationship that is built 2 ways. What I liked about Dr Verona is that he never gave up and kept pushing my husband to seek a seizure free life. The stubborn patient prevented the DR from acquiring the goal. Time, persistence, Dr V never gave up. We are there! Thank you Doc.

I will Not recommend Dr. Verona,to anyone, the 3 visits from the past 2 years, has never reviewed my past medical records, and has never requested lab work to check my levels to see if my medication could be lowered. The only thing that I was told, was refill meds and will never lower my medication. I am very disappointed with his lack of thorough examination.

For anyone in the Austin area looking for a Nuerologist, Do not, I repeat, Do not see Dr. Montgomery Verona. How he was certified as a Neuroligist is beyond me. He only is worried about the money upon visit than he is about the actual patient's health,
