I have been a long time resident at this property and have loved every moment of it, especially under the new management of Johana the property manager! Any maintenance request has been handled with ease in a timely manner, any inquiries I have are answered with genuine concern and promptness. When I moved in, my unit was ready on the agreed move in date, and cleaned to perfection with all appliances functioning at high capacity. Do not move here. I lived there and payed my rent every month early, never caused any problems. I had to break my lease after 8 months because the neighbors above me were so loud for months I couldn’t even sleep. I called and messaged the office for months. Also would not fix maintenance issues that I put in maintenance requests for. Also gunshots many times very close to my unit, did not feel safe for me and my family. Wonderful experience Ms.Jennifer was she got me all set up in one day. She’s the sweetest ever she made me feel comfortable she was very understanding I could t ask for more !!!!!!
