Excellent visit with Doctor Vernose. He was very patient giving me instructions and choosing the least invasive strategy for my issue!
I have to say it was not a good experience I only went for wax in my ear and left with a punctured ear drum its so messed up that I needed to reach out to another ENT Jefferson health that said he should have never used the water on you. What's worst is they did not care about the follow up or after care. I will stick with Jefferson the real professionals
