This is going to be a long post, so to save some of you some time, this post is for young woman who are going for there first OBGYN visit! I cannot speak highly enough about the care that Dr. Kwame Amponsah provided to my wife during her pregnancy. From the very beginning, he made us feel comfortable and reassured, taking the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. Throughout the pregnancy, he was always available to us, providing support and advice whenever we needed it. Can’t say much for the doctor considering the front desk staff IS HORRID. not only did the receptionist call me upwards of 10+ times before my appointment, she used her personal cell…… Changed my appointment 5 times, forgot the appointment days so CALLED ME BACK TO ASK. On the day of my appointment then tells me they don’t take my insurance. Wish I could tell you about the doctor but if the front desk staff is any reflection…..STAY FAR AWAY.
