Their manager turn-over is super high. I've been here for just over 10 years, my carpet was NOT new when we moved in (2015) and this cheap carpet is ripped despite regular maintenance. They won't respond via voicemail and always give me in-office excuses. My front door had a visible crack (light from outside was seeping through) it took a growing a mushroom out of it before thay actually replaced it. The property manager, Darci, is a good one. She organizes community events, is prompt on maintenance requests, and is very knowledgeable about what goes on on this property. She got the pools fixed! Its pretty awesome now. My only complaint is some random neighbors (Ive lived here 10+ years). The neighbor claimed she's some kind of dog trainer.... no. The piss smell is seeping through my wall from Apt 39. Her and her man fight and scream all the time.... and I'm really upset about it. I have a son whos on the spectrum. She h... read more
