I had a good experience with Richard. I searched online and had pre-approved financing and there was no hassle with the car or getting things done. When I came to look at the car there were no surprises and it was a quick and easy process. I enjoyed it with the no hassles and being able to get in and out quickly with a good deal.

Overall, working with Vernon Auto Group was a very fair and straightforward experience. Kyle Echols was my salesman. He worked with me over the phone and via text to work out the details of my purchase, including my trade-in. They are the best dealership in the country. I have bought several trucks from them from memphis. Their is no argument about the price. If they don't have what you want they will get it for you and then deliver it to you. They are awesome.
