Steve Ybarra at Vernon Auto Group was excellent to work with. I am from Tennessee and obviously he is in Texas. I wanted detailed pictures to show any damage, no problem he sent them in less than 15 monutes. Questions, no problem. He happily answered phone and text messages quickly. Trade in or no trade in, no problem. Last minute call to be able to trade, no problem. He even worked with us to get the price we needed on the new truck and our trade. This is my second time buying from Vernon Auto Group. I had a pretty good experience the first time, so I decided to try them again. Ryan Smith did a great job emailing with me back and forth in order to get a trade value along with questions about the new vehicles I had seen online and was interested in looking at, test driving, and possibly purchasing. So much had already been done before I came in, that the process was fast and simple. I'm now a proud JEEP owner! Will definitely come back to purchase from them again!
