Buyers beware!!! I had a deal on a truck and when the final numbers were presented to me the price of the pickup was $1050 more than the original quote. I was told it was a mistake after questioning it but they told me that it could not be corrected. That’s after I had already paid a $500 deposit (they did refund after 2 days) and agreed to the details of them getting the pickup from another dealer and delivering it to Lubbock. Not the experience I was after.
We walked into the store 30 minutes before closing and Richard stayed to work with us and get us all squared away and made sure me and my babies were in the perfect car!
Easiest car buying experience I've ever had, Vernon went above and beyond to meet or exceed my expectations from the start of the process to the finish. Even had it delivered to me almost 200 miles away.
Drove 3hrs from home to purchase a vehicle and I have to say my experience with Vernon Auto Group was a great one.
