The service department is a joke... sure they can do an oil change but don’t expect them to get your issues solved very fast if at all. My moms truck has been there multiple times for the same issue. Each time they say it’s fixed and it turns out not to be fixed. They are clueless and for some reason, they aren’t trying to do what it takes to figure the problem out.
