Dr Hill Graham has been my doctor for 8 years or more. Always listen to me and orders test when needed. I could not say enough good things about her and her staff. Thanks Dr Hill Graham

f I could rate them a 0 I would ! Dr.Graham office is horrible . My mom called and needed to be seen because she began to be heavy chested. So she called this office and one of the nurses told her she can come in at 2:30 tomorrow ( today ) to be seen because somebody canceled . So the day of her appointment, somebody else called and told my mom she needs a covid test to be seen . I wish I could tell you about my visit but unfortunately 2 hours before my visit I get a call from the doctor's office to inform me my appointment had been canceled. This is an appointment I made 3 months prior. I was told by the lady on the phone that someone called me earlier but my vm was full. Ok, what about the other days of the week? Didn't even get a call reminder. A text. Anything! Oh the next available appointment is in October! I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone who needs medical help. She is a wonderful doctor, and spends time with you. You don't feel like you are being rushed in and out. She is very kind and friendly, and so is her staff. I highly recommend her, and think that she is the best doctor that I have ever seen!

I visited the office twice over the past month. The wait time was lengthy and some staff was not very friendly. A select staff member who I was dealing with was partially insulting, rude, and unfriendly. However, Dr. Hill Graham is a terrific woman that displayes care and kindness! Some staff should be characteristically evaluated, though.

I have been a patient for many years. My last appointment was unnerving to say the least. Although, over the years, some on her staff have displayed unprofessional conduct, disrespect, and uncaring attitudes, I had never experienced that with Dr. Hill Graham, until my last appointment. I found her cold, uncaring and displayed an attitude that put me on the defensive. I'm not sure what's happening in her office and with her staff, but I am extremely disturbed and upset by it. Wait - 2 hrs

I have been seeing Dr. Hill-Graham for a couple years now and she is always amazing.. I have since recommended my husband and my cousin and will soon be taking my now adult son..Her smile lights up a room and her beauty is more than skin deep..She is so down to earth and humanized...I love that she cares about her patients and not the almighty dollar...I have seen many physicians since falling ill a few years back but she is the best all around..Gotta Love Her!!!

Ive only had one appointment so far with Dr.Graham and she was amazing. However, the experience today from the front desk was very unprofessional from the one individual I encountered. Hopefully something can be done in regards to customer service.
