The guys you hire are rude and hateful. My money goes to Rend lake towing. They are polite an respectful. And most of all alot cheaper.

We nearly lost some steering components on our RV at 800 miles of a 7000 mile planned trip. Vernells had the new parts overnighted on the weekend, installed on Saturday morning, and we were right back on the road. Customer service was top notch and the conversation was great. Paul and Nick in the parts department were on the ball, and Buddha and his crew took good care in getting the job done. Thanks guys!

Great service and great mechanics. They went above and beyond for a simple ABS issue on my trailer.
Very over priced they are really taking advantage of people that are traveling and breakdown.
Butler and Matt were fantastic. My F-250's alternator went out on the side of I-55 in the evening. They got my truck, trailer and family all towed safely. They worked on my truck overnight and had us back on the road the next morning by 7:30am They were sweet, kind and super funny. They even took my son on a tour to see all of their big trucks. Highly recommended!
