Awesome and incredible team of mechanics, helped us out in a pinch with our boat trailer. Highly recommend them.
Vernell's went above and beyond for my family this evening after we ran over a large bolt causing a flat tire while we were 3 hours away from home. I don't know the young man's name/names as there were two who helped me between the phone call and the service. Exceptional customer service and very quick, they cared about my family. Thank you!
We had an issue with my husband’s drive shaft on his truck.....on our way down for a family vacation. They fixed it and their service was excellent! Great people to work with for mobile mechanics!
RecommendedLarry and Drew are great guys! We were traveling from TN to KS... still had over 6 hours to go when our tire blew and these guys seriously saved our butts! We were all extremely stressed because it felt like we couldn't catch a break, but they managed to make us laugh while they fixed someone else's mistake. Definite 10/10. Thanks guys!!!!
Let it go on record that the fellas here in Marion Illinois at Vernells interstate service are the greatest , life has a way of throwing curve balls when you least expect it and of course that happened to me today while rollin towards Osceola Arkansas � truck threw a pretty important belt that caused other issues. Beyond thankful God had it under control and I was able to get off the highway into Vernells parking. Big shout out to the driver that came and got me last night off the the interstate. No hassles at all. By the time we got back to their shop they had accommodations all setup for me
My parents were on the road for 4 days and being only 40 miles from home broke down they called to get towing and Larry that was on night shift left my parents on the high way there truck was pitch black because the lights went out on the truck and trailer they almost got hit my dad had to stand outside with a flash light for over 4 hours for the night shift crew to tell the day shift guy to go get my parents finally after leaving them out there all night!
