They were very quick to communicate, very professional and almost too courteous. They also clearly attempted to make the car presentable. Offering financing is also a plus. The manager/owner made a point to smile and greet everyone however his sincerity felt fake. Then, consider the context—this is a used car sales lot. The stars removed are for their unwillingness to adjust price when I noted some significant unadvertised faults (1 star off) and for having a poor quality standard (1 star off). Very courteous and informative.
The sales people are friendly, honest and ready to help you get in a vehicle. I was very impressed with the customer centered attitude in a smaller dealership. If they have the vehicle you want move quick and be confident!

The dealer was very responsive to our request even making himself available outside of regular business hours. We purchased the car for a fair and reasonable price. I would purchase a car from him again.
