Lived here in 2012 and 2013, constantly reeked of weed, ghetto people and extremely poor management.
8 years later, still here. Rent has only went up $100 since I've moved in.... Take the good with the not so good and you make due. It's not perfect but what is. I keep my place clean and I don't have as many problems as others might have. It's quiet on my floor, people mind their business. Management attends to our request as we put them in. Maintenance does a pretty decent job. It's not like we living in luxury but it's home and I'm grateful. Parking Garage stays clean, there is street parking but don't forget to go to city... read more
