I’m usually happy with the food however this last time food was long time getting to our table. The food was Luke warm that my zucchini melt was cold!!! I was told they only had two cooks but how is that my problem the food was cold it must have been sitting out too long before it got to my table. Usually the food is by far excellent but was terribly disappointed �.

Great food and atmosphere...highly recommend..bring all your friends and family! I love the ceviche with baked chips and the beef nachos with guacamole are delicious too!

So I'm from Brownsville and I have lived in San Antonio for over 30 years! A dear friend of my Hector cerda was visiting SPI and Brownsville. He asked for the best place to eat in Brownsville....so of course I told him, Vermillion and thank you for not disappointing me and our town! You guys Rocked it for him!!! He Loved it!!!!
