RecommendedWonderful food. I live in Colorado now and was down here for a week and going to the vermilion was on the top of my list to get the ceviche and the Pancho Villa plate. My old stand by. They did not let me down. Yum!
The waiter and food were amazing! Everyone in our party were pleased with their meals.
Thanks to The Vermillion for giving us wonderful place and time celebrating our beautiful friend Elisa Rosales' Birthday - Delicious Fajita Fiesta Salad, Beef Tosatadas, Enchiladas, and Nachos served by lovely and caring waitresses.
Are server was excellent. Even other staff attended to us even though they were not our servers. I ate the Fajita nachos deluxe......all I have to say about that was YUMMY! Can't wait to try something else on the menu.
