Previously, I submitted a review. This is an update. There has since been another "leak" in my apartment. I have literally lost count of how many times I have had "leaks" in the unit. Maintenance places band aids on the problem in the moment but never the underlying issues. My initial review referenced the deluge of water that flowed from a burst pipe in the unit's ceiling, this review is based on yet another issue. Overpriced with Subpar Maintenance Practices From the outside, Vermella Harrison looks to be a luxurious place to live. But once you move in, the place has obvious infrastructure issues due to the building opting for quick and cheap fixes to maintain appearances for prospective tenants. In November 2020, my first month living here, the building was evacuated three times due to water pipe issues. Each month thereafter, there was either a building evacuation or fans in the hallways due to a pipe bursting in a tenant’s unit. On... read more
