Look elsewhere. Vermella Harrison has multiple mechanical and safety issues. You'd do better looking at other complexes in the area. Example: over Christmas weekend, at least 10 apartments were flooded by burst pipes. Management blames this on residents, saying we don't keep our heat high enough to warm the UNINSULATED closets on our balconies that contain our furnaces. RecommendedJust moved out after 2 years living here. I have to say this rental experience was the best comparing to all my previous ones. No major issue at all and no hidden cost/random deposit deduction whatsoever. I love how professional the management has been. Would highly recommend vermella to anyone looking for a good rental place

Used to be great.....now not so much Honestly, I used to love living here. The building is still amazing and I love all the amenities but management has changed. They simply don’t care about the residents anymore. When I first got here I felt like I was part of a family. Now I’m just another number on a dry erase board. I promise the second you sign that lease you won’t matter even if their failure to address basic things in the building makes you miserable. Unsafe, noisy, unresponsive leasing staff, dirty smelly hallways , high water bills, high cooling and heating bills, inconsistent water temperature Unsafe. I was threatened by someone while riding the elevator. Noise.
