Excellent customer service, speak with Josh
Nothing but good things to say. I only own one 2nd-hand piece of Vermeer equipment that I didn't even buy from here but they always treat me like I've spent millions with them. Doesn't matter if you spend $5 or $5,000--you get the same great service.
Your employee parks like this at an apartment complex daily and it's very disrespectful to the people who live here. It's also poor representation for your company.
Joe Hartbarger and the VSE Birmingham team are knowledgeable and professional. If you’re in need of underground equipment I’d highly recommend Joe. His customer service doesn’t end at the sale. He makes regular calls and job site visits to make sure we have everything we need. VSE Birmingham also has a very experienced service department.
