The med assistant was very nice, the doctor was knowledgeable and professional. He seemed rushed. Quite a long wait. The big problem was when I notified the office staff that my insurance required a prior authorization before I can get a renal ultrasound, I was told that they do not get prior authorizations and they would just cancel my appointment. Everyone in the office is very accomadating and and compassionate. Dr. Shyam takes time to listen to your concerns and explains things in detail. He really cares about his patients.
