Wish I had read reviews first. Ordered a bouquet to be delivered and the following day, and 2 days later, I still hadn’t heard anything from the recipient. I called Verl’s to see if it had been delivered, or what had happed if it hadn’t, and the lady said she had a problem and couldn’t print mine and one other. I did not receive a call or any notification that it couldn’t be done. Picked up 2 orders from here for uber and she was so rude. Tried asking for my phone number and I contacted the uber support and was told I cannot give my phone number. After about 15-20 minutes she finally gave me the orders and tried to question me about putting them in my car. Kinda wanted to ask her if she wanted me to walk them to the customers but that would be rude. 🤣 if your doing delivery for this place be cautious because she clearly had bad experiences with previous deliveries and takes it out on everyone else. Had flowers delivered by an elderly gentleman who was so nice and sweet! And flowers are beautiful!
During Christmas 2024 we received flowers created by Verl’s Creation Florist. The arrangement had a chemical smell so strong we literally had to put them immediately on the back patio. It gave us a headache and the smell was so strong it began coming in through the patio door so we moved them farther away. I’ve bought and made arrangements for decades; this was THE most ridiculous and ugly slop thrown together.
