Why do you even allow local stores? They do not offer any kind of customer service. They are rude and DO NOT CARE! Im in the 93710 area code, I talked with a Rodney in store 5195 N Blackstone. Amazing service! All of the employees were very friendly, the manager helped me before an Associate became available.
I left Verizon 8 years ago and when I cancelled, the store employee said "you'll be back. Everybody always comes back." Still happy I'm away from Verizon. Just letting you know. lol

I've been with Verizonwireless for 12 years. This year one of their representatives removed the insurance from not one but ALL phones, Verizon could not undo her mistake. Upgraded to edge was informed to send "any working device". From Springfield Battlefield store, costco Fresno AND Felicia-supervisor. We did just that and hit me with a $299.00 charge and refused to honor what was stated by many of their reps. The supervisor 71057 told me to file for arbitration off their site. Went in there on October 31st and had a generally bad experience. There was initially a wait quoted of 30 minutes. I was "seen" sooner than that, the experience seemed off to a good start. I knew what I wanted. The Galaxy Note 4 in white. They had it in-stock. Which I knee they already did, because I had checked store inventory online. This location had it in. I was just up the street. Another reason not to like verizon. Went to pay my bill in cash and was shown to a kiosk that doesn't give change. Lady said she would use the register "this time".. they were to busy to bother to help customers at the register.
