Recommendedfriendly, courteous and efficient in customer service ,manager was great and although I am not a customer of verizon mary ann made sure i left happy.
The worst customer service! For being a corporate store its extremely disappointing and they truly dont care about customer retention.

RUDEST GENERAL MANAGER EVER I went in today to purchase 2 car chargers and 1 wall charger tehy young man helping me couldnt get my card to scan cause it has a scrap on the strip so he wanted to switch tablets with the OH so nice GM who made it vocally clear that he wasnt going to switch when he finally did switch the GM made a comment about how the scanner is fine I buted in and said it is probably my card then the GM made a comment about the employee about him messing the GM up, meaning the employee asking to switch tablets... read more
Tommy, an employee at the Blackstone store goes above and beyond any other sales staff. He helped orient myself with my new iPhone 10 and watch. He is to be commended on his attitude and professionalism at Verizon.

Young door boy, was a complete Jerk!! Is this how you treat potential customers? Will never step foot in any Verizon wireless store.. was looking to switch carriers, you can be assured that it won't be with Verizon!!
