I would give no stars if I could. I started my contract 8 months ago and every since then it has been horrible. I never had such horrible customer serivce. I will be looking at other phone services this week. I will also be switching my fois when my contract is up. Please be advised that this store has no customer serivce. The employees and the managers do not care about your phone problems, bill problems, or concerns. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
Verizon Wireless has the worst customer service I've ever seen I have never been so humiliated people saying that they're going to call back and never do they promised the world to get you to sign a contract for two years and then never fulfill the obligation of that contract it's terrible I think sales if I promise somebody something I would follow through and make sure they got it for what they said they were going to get it for I wouldn't scan them to keep them as a customer for 2 years this is ridiculous
I used to think it was great until you and/or the Commonwealth took the discount from the retirees. It sucks!
