absolutely worthless store. you wont allow customers to shop in store or talk about billing issues "because covid", absolutely BS. and what's up with the security guards, like your guarding some kind of state secret, absolutely waste of my time. dont waste your time here, go to AT&T next door

2400 spent there. Tricked us into an iPad promotion, didn’t tell us about the 20.00 add on fee a month for an additional line that we didn’t even ask for. Then when we returned the iPad unopened within 2 days you charged us with a 50.00 restocking fee. I am tempted to return both iPhones and totally switch to ATT. Will never shop with you again. Terrible customer service.

We had to make some adjustments and additions to our business wireless account. This was our first trip to the Harrisburg store. We usually go to York. Cameron was fantastic and a HUGE help to us. No more trips to York, my business is staying in Harrisburg. THANK YOU!!!

I want to pay my FiOS bill I asked them to look up the address and they told me they weren’t able to. But that I could order FiOS service from here if I want to. You just looked up the account number for me two months ago.

Nice staff -much better support than T-Mobile. Always well staffed and not too long wait times for everything from technical support to billing questions. Nice store impressed after my switch from T-Mobile to Verizon. Just never download a sim emulator program!!

This company is honestly terrible. In november I upgraded from a samsung galaxy to an Iphone on a promotional deal. I was told I only have to pay the $100 difference and even when I would be ready to move to my significant others plan I would only have to pay the $100 to get out of verizon. Life went on we are finally ready for me to move to his plan I call verizon to find out how much more I owe and the lady tells me I owe $562 dollars!!!!
