Matt Tabor was a huge help, and even though I had a not so pleasant experience the day before with a different associate, I will keep my business with Verizon thanks to the help Matt provided!
LAZY, TERRIBLE, RUDE. Worst Verizon store experience I have ever had! Manager lied to me stating there were federal guidelines that prevent him from assisting me. I know this is/was not true as I work in cellular sales. The policy to which the store manager kept referring was a company policy & he did not have any resolves for my issue. I will not ever step foot in this store again for any reason and don't encourage anyone to make any purchases or account changes here.
