Poor customer service in this store!! Seen employees​ walking around and talking and not helping customers.

The service is awful had to wait 30 minutes just to exchange a phone that I had received that day in the mail cause it did not work then when they finally got to me I told the guy that I just talked with Verizon and all the info was on my account took him forever to read it then he tells me we don't have the iPhone 7 in stock so I can't help you a total of 45 minutes wasted

I think it was Kate who worked with us. My contract was up and I was pricing a Samsung 8. Boy was I in for a shock. Phones are no longer 'contract' subsidized. My phone from 2 years ago (S-6) was about $300 (with tradein) and included a Samsung Tablet and the S-8 is now about $750. no trade in, no tablet, no VR etc. No Purchase either. I do not want payments. Kate was terrific-never pushy but informative. I will not be buying a new phone. Mine is good enuf.

Two phones, accessories and a new tablet. Taylor was our sales associate he was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to ensure we had what we needed and wanted.

Took forever after we got there. Then they finally handed my phones to me in a bag and didn't offer to set them up or ask if I had any questions. So I had to ask for service again and they said that I had to check in again and wait my turn. It took a total of 4 hours to pick up 2 phones and have my pictures and numbers transferred to one phone the other just had to be activated. I don't recommend this store to anyone that wants good service!
