Verizon has screwed me over so many times that I can't remember my last positive experience with them. Cody is the best at this store, but is on paternity leave. No one in the store has had any fucks to give the last few times I've been in there. My husband and I have 2 tablets. We went in once and were told that mine worked and his didn't and he would receive a box in the mail to return it and get a new one. First time I've been back in a few years because of employees not really knowing the phones. I walked in there was a young man standing there to greet me. I asked if he was any good with the cloud thingie he said yes. Well it wasn't my cloud but my phone he showed me how to check it and fix it. VERY NICE! Now I will be back. Thank you
I went to the Verizon store on East Washington with my sister to have a replacement phone activated. Christopher took care of me quickly and did everything I needed. After I left the store I tripped on the handicapped ramp and down I went. Ironic, since I use a walker. Two employees, Brennan and Cody, came out immediately and helped me to my feet, asked if I was okay and watched me get in my sister's car.
