As a long time 20 year+ Verizon Wireless Customer, I will say this is the worst customer service in store I have ever had to experience. Ordered my brother a new phone online only for pickup in this Austin location closest to his home due to COVID 2020 (paying off his current phone completely) and the incompetent employee provided no assistance until my brother had to call me several times to assist him, while I was at work. Had to get a new phone in Austin; I broke my previous phone on the way to the airport in Phoenix. Got great service. We were in and out in about 30 minutes
I always get great service when I go into the store. I go to the one at 360 and 183. The phone service is great only part of one lace I've been that I had problems getting a signal
