Manager Antonio Serrano went above & beyond for me! He was ultra professional & delivered exceptional service! I have been a customer for 10+ years and never have I ever received this type of service. He made sure everything was perfect! This man should be training other managers how to run a store!! I have been a Verizon customer for many years, and I never thought I would experience such poor treatment as I did today at Store #110, located on Flagler and 99th Ave. I went to this store to purchase and activate a device, and just because it was a holiday, the staff showed no willingness to work. This became evident when I asked for the name of the person assisting me, and instead of providing it, she insulted me and threw me out of the store, claiming that since it was a franchise, they reserved the right of admission.
