I dont understand why it has low ratings! Rather, i had terrible experience in clarendon verizon :( so i came to this branch and they are super warmly and nice and well explained everything I asked!!
Traveling for work. My SIM card died. Went to the store to help me solve the problem…said I needed an eSIM. Simple? No. They refused to help bc account is in my wife’s name. Offered to call her. Didn’t matter. Boo Verizon!
Awful service. If I could give them zero starts, I would. They made wait for 40 minutes just to tell me at the end “We can’t help you in store, you need to do it by phone” Why didn’t they tell me that at the beginning? Stay away from this location. The employees have no idea what they’re doing. They need proper training.
In a pinch they let me charge my phone when it had died. Thank you so much! Very friendly and helpful staff. Even sprayed some air in the port to clear it out and it charges better than ever.
