They only have one sales person they make you wait excessive amount of time
This store is a piece of work. They charge you to “activate” an apple watch line, only for you to be charged by verizon later. All this time the watch isn't activated because they dont have actual tech people who know how to troubleshoot beyond what you can do yourself. Dont waste your time.
Verizon is protected scammer! Have service with them for a while, changing my bill constantly playing stupid to charge without my consent. They increase my mobile protection from $15 to $50 and charge me overseas usage while my phone is off using another carrier overseas charge me $56! Now my bill for two lines $230 !
They really helped me when I needed it. Lost my phone, forgot my password. The lady spent 3 hours with me. Very grateful.
