This store doesn’t even have a number to call to check on a product. What a hassle. So i called another store and they got my business. Do better!
Way under staffed. Maybe Verizon is losing money and can't afford to hire. I'm sure Verizon has some attorney contrived excuse excuse. The majority of the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful once you get their attention. That's where the problem is. When I was in there today with an appointment set in advance and the person that I was supposed to work with was busy with the person before me. I had to wait.
