My Verizon bill had $200 overage data for this month. Clayton Moore, Thomasville, Ga Verizon store, spent almost 2 hours on the phone with Verizon support personnel to rectify the charge. He was professional, actually more knowledgeable than the support staff he was talking with, patient and overall pretty darn amazing! He didn't stop when told it was a valid charge( we knew it wasn't). I felt like he truly had my best interest at heart. Thank you Clayton...Verizon is lucky to have you!
