Alexander at Village Square was everything! Professional, kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Not saying others weren't, but Alexander was who I dealt with. 100/10 total customer satisfaction.
I have been between the store itself or their “so called” customer service. It’s been 4 days and I still cannot use my phone or text. I am continually disconnected and the store says there is nothing they can do. I bet my bill will be on time. WORST customer service EVER
Went in and the young guy (I think his name is AD or JD) was super nice and helped me set up my phone. Dude has really great customer service. He helped me get a new phone and went above and beyond with customer service.
