Tried to return a defective WiFi box the employees LIED to me saying I had to return it to La Jolla store where I bought it. La Jolla doesn't take returns either so I'm stuck with a defective device
My phone was hacked and it was a real mess. Nestor was so helpful. It took almost 2 hours for the “corporate office” to do anything over the phone. At one point we had been transferred 9 times,but he was really perseverant with them and was very respectful to me. He is a great representative of the company and while we are on hold, I saw him graciously help others. He is an asset to your company.
Great store. Been to this store 3 times and all three times the reps have been great. They even found a deal for me when I upgraded.
