Absolutely horrid. LB was absolutely the worst person I’ve had to deal with at any of the multiple incompetent employees at this location. LB tried to sell me on different upgrades I didn’t want, then cause my order to not process, leading to a frustrating and complex process to cancel that order. Months later it turns out that not only did the order never fully cancel, they removed my trade in offers and completely zeroed out what I had paid over 33 months on my installment plan. Tried to return a defective WiFi box the employees LIED to me saying I had to return it to La Jolla store where I bought it. La Jolla doesn't take returns either so I'm stuck with a defective device

My phone was hacked and it was a real mess. Nestor was so helpful. It took almost 2 hours for the “corporate office” to do anything over the phone. At one point we had been transferred 9 times,but he was really perseverant with them and was very respectful to me. He is a great representative of the company and while we are on hold, I saw him graciously help others. He is an asset to your company.

Great store. Been to this store 3 times and all three times the reps have been great. They even found a deal for me when I upgraded.
