Verizon is the worst brand of any company I've ever had. Uncaring and unknowledgeable. Representatives are ignorant and inconsiderate. Transferred to pass problems to others randomly. I spent dozens of hours over a week with dozens of employees who misled and dropped me over and again. Buyers beware. Bad brand.
Went in there for help with my phone and the associate working there was very rude as in not wanting to give me the Verizon number I had to ask several times till he finally gave it me. He was no help at all only by making mad. The Verizon tech was able to help me reset my phone as I talked to him on the phone , got all my information back. At the Verizon stores you need to teach your workers customer service.
They did not check and be sure what they were doing actually was working, so had to make a additional trip to another location
They were helpful and our problem or request was handled easily and expertly
