Verizon charged me $ 1139.19 in the month of November 2024 and again they charged me same amount in December 2024. I don’t know why they want extra money other than monthly billing amount. I tried to call LAURA MEJIA ( Verizon sales executive) ad she never picks up the phone.
Had a amazing customer service experience at this location from Chris! I was in a frustrating situation with my blocked phone, where he handled with a calm and professional manner. Thanks to him!
It's meh. Customer service is always 50 50. And they really don't do much here or try to help.
