I always get great service at Verizon stores and today was no exception. Dalia was awesome! She walked me through my options and got me set up with a new phone in next to no time.
This store wouldn’t fill my order for pick up and when I went to get my order, the manager decided to makes jokes with the other manager ahout a case that was included in my order. I do not recommend this location. Oh and I’ve been with Verizon for 6+ years
Ari was so incredibly helpful with getting my insurance claim for my phone submitted. Even when I was in a complete panic he was able to help get everything sub,tie and taken care of!
This review is not directed to this particular store, more towards Verizon as a whole, but this is the store that I went to. Came to the store to transfer all my information from one phone to my new phone. They let me know it would cost me $30 for them to do it. Since there is no longer a machine that transfers the information, it is done purely through Bluetooth, but Verizon will still charge $30. Gone are the days of free customer service.
I don't know how I ended up with an extra line and internet service at home! What a fantastic place!
