I had an awful experience at the Carmel Valley Verizon. The staff was in helpful, rude and left me to contact by phone to get assistance with my phone issues. I went to the Verizon store after being assisted by customer service. They were excellent. I was helped by Sergio. He totally made my visit great.
Perhaps the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had!!
