Looks like I’m not the only one experiencing insane frustration on the Verizon business end with this branch. I could waste your time with a long story with what happened but I’ll save you the trouble. This place and its employees suck and are bad. K bye forever.

I have had a horrible experience with Verizon Business. First I was offered a promotional rate which I never received. I tried calling their customer service. After long waits they refused to honor the rate even though I had written proof of the offer. When asked to speak to a supervisor I was hung up on repeatedly. I had an awful experience at the Carmel Valley Verizon. The staff was in helpful, rude and left me to contact by phone to get assistance with my phone issues. I went to the Verizon store after being assisted by customer service. They were excellent. I was helped by Sergio. He totally made my visit great.
