There is something wrong with my prepaid account. I was unable to pay on-line, so went to the store where they took my money and assured me service would be restored. Guess what? They are incompetent or they lied. I have never been to a store where they had no access to my account before, but that is what they told me.
This place is horrible. Paid $50 (25extra) for an unlimited warranty on a screen protector. Went back in Today to use my unlimited warranty and they told me they me they didn't do it there. What a joke
My husband and I were going in there to upgrade my husband's phone to a new one, but all the salespeople didn't even look at us or talk to us. They take other people first even though we were in there first. They are very discrimination because we are asia and they think that we can't afford a phone. This verizon place needs to be kind and stop racist or you guys will lose more customers.
