2 visits to store and same rep did opposite or not what we were requesting. Tried to simplify a phone for my elderly mom from a smart phone to flip phone with same #. He sets up new line, lies about keeping old phone in use free. Realize this hour later so spent an hour with Verizon tech line to reverse his actions. They said rep at store was after commission by ignoring our request. He screwed up the auto pay as well. I've been with Verizon over 23 years and this is how loyalty is treated.

I recently visited the Verizon store in Apple Valley, and unfortunately, my experience was profoundly disappointing. As someone who has been a loyal Verizon customer for 17 years, I expected a standard of service that was not met during my interaction with the Apple Valley team.
