They just put me through to customer service.
They are the worst place for service , I was told over the phone to go get my sim card which I have not gotten in the mail for the last month , and when I go in the store no one knows what to do or explain why my phone is losing service on the network , Now I have gone into this store on several occasions, and it is always something they can not do , but want to say thanks for being a customer for 17 years .
Horrendous experience. Bought a phone from Verizon and had 30 days to make an exchange. Tried to make an exchange within this window and the store manager told me I would have to pay an extra $100 fee due to a “ glitch in their system”. Told them that was their problem, not mine. Manager walked off to the back and refused service. Had to call Verizon corporate and be on the phone with them for two hours to get it all sorted out.
