Andrew is awesome. He really took the time with my mother. He will answer all your mom’s questions and look at her pictures. He was beyond nice. 10/10 recommend.
Terrible. They deceive customers and change phone plans without authorization. I have cell-phone and home internet services. The home router stoped working and the customer service indicated that I had to cancel the subscription, return the device, and start a new subscription with a new device. All of that would have no impacts on my bill and one-time charges would be waived.
