They “accidentally” done a double payment on my bank account for over 200 and it’s been over a month and they won’t reimburse me. Won’t allow me to switch phone carrier and keep the same number I’ve had for 15 years. Forcing me to pay on a phone where I continue to have the worst service now my SMS is switching to RDC and I’m not getting half my messages. Every call is an Alladin or Osama. No American. This is by far my worst nightmare
