I am extremely disappointed with Verizon’s screen protector replacement service, which is advertised as having a lifetime warranty. The process has been frustrating, time-consuming, and far from what customers would expect from a company like Verizon. A lifetime warranty should provide convenience and peace of mind, but instead, obtaining a replacement has been unnecessarily difficult. Terrible customer experience. The store that sold me the plan refused to assist with a related billing issue, offering no ownership or guidance. Has completely eroded my confidence in the Verizon brand.
