“I came to this store as a customer of this mobile carrier. I only needed to print one sheet of paper, which would have taken literally one minute. However, the supervisor told me that I had to sit in line for an hour. I think this is terrible customer service and it should not be this way. Also, none of the employees react to customers — they absolutely do not care. On top of that, they claim their service coverage is good, but in reality the signal barely works in most places. I do not recommend dealing with this company.”

They were nice. But after a long wait despite knowing what I wanted right away they said they couldn’t add it to my plan. They asked me to go home and order online for pick up. So I did. It did t give me the option to pick up at this store where I knew it was in stock. Instead I got confirmation order “was being worked on” and should be ready an hour later. After 2 hours I physically went to store to see about pick up and they told me they did t even have it in stock! Do these places want to even sell a phone physically? Now... read more

Although the staff here are nice, they trick you into certain deals that generally aren't worth it. I was tricked into trading in a phone so I could receive a discount on the next only to find out I didn't have to do any of that. Rather than visiting a store I would just do everything online or over the phone. Sure maybe the staff online are more annoying and sure calling sucks, but anything is better than getting ripped off in person.
