Dishonest and word playing is their way to trick you into getting a line. I wasted a my time. Just so in the end the Verizon guy could give me a bunch of crap with the pricing. It looked like he wanted a good commission.
You should probably never think you can park in front of this place you might as well go next door.
Como es posible que marco y nunca ahí una opción para hablar con un representante, es algo que toma mucho tiempo, no hacen las cosas, hace un mes pagué dos veces mi factura , me tomó más de dos horas para hablar con un representante, le dije que me colocara el pago que hice extra en automático y hoy tengo desactivado mi servicio, por qué no se realizó como el representante me lo dijo y intento comunicarme y nada. Es muy desagradable jugar con el tiempo de las personas.
