Verizon will trap you in a contract stating it has consistent bills but will add hidden fees every month trying to charge you extra. The service is not good and has issues, and when you call they "reset" it just for you to have problems in a week or two. If you don't cancel your contract in 60 days you're stuck or have to pay for your phone they gave you in full. Sorry but I'm not trying to pay 115-130 dollars a month for service I only need for calls and text that barely works..

Worse customer service! There were six Verizon associates they were not bussy and none of them asked me what I need? When I approached one of them he was not friendly I told what I needed and he brought it so, I was alone to figure out the product when I asked him to help me because I am clumsy with my hands his answer was it does not fit... No other solution or product was offered.
