My phone arrived, and they refused to give it to me. They told me to cancel my online order and place the order with them so that they can make a sale. This location is a scam and they will 100 percent screw you over. They should not be allowed to do business. The manager is a scam artist and should not be trusted. I had to spend hours on the phone with Verizon to cancel my order and have them select a different location for me to pick up my phone. I will never come to this Verizon location again. Very personable
Came here and got sold a refurbished iPhone 14 pro 2 times. I keep coming in and they tell me I can only get a refurbished phone and I don’t understand why since it’s been barely a month of me having this new phone. I will never use this location again! Wish I could do zero star. I did originally get my phone in Vegas at another corporate store so I’m not understanding why this location can’t help me. Horrible customer service and no solutions.
