Maddie helped me today and got my phone to work so I can get a nap. She was absolutely wonderful and knew exactly what she was doing. I will use her in the future.
I visited this place again because it was very kind to us the last time we came, but this time it was ridiculous to provide services to other customers even though we came first. It was a very uncomfortable time.
Tim did was a big help getting me upgraded.
I went for a new phone and Craig was a big help and very polite.
