Customer service is horrific! The Knoxville store at Turkey Creek has people working there that refuse to help you and talk to you I such a disrespectful way. I truly believe is was due to me changing carriers. The reason I changed carriers was due to the high price I was paying for services each month AND rude customer service multiple times throughout the last 5 years. (July 13th) - Unfortunately no help...customer service all in India even for direct verizon employees. after 19.8 years going to switch to AT&T and sad part Verizon does NOT care and this from a India supervisor directly. if they respond and say they care about customer service it's not true online in Chat, on the phone or at the direct Verizon employee locations. To purchase a phone you pay a $35 activation fee. To have them “set up” your phone from your old phone to another they charge $30 in store. Y’all crack me up with your bum fee.
